We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
